In the context of your participation, the following personal data will be processed:

The MADE-Life Foundation processes the personal data referred to in sub 2.1.1 for the following purposes:

  1. General contact in the context of your participation. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name, telephone number and e-mail address to provide the information you request or to handle the information, questions and/or complaints received from you and to contact you about your participation and any cancellation thereof.

  2. Providing information about services, courses or activities of the MADE-Life Foundation. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name and address details to provide information about services, courses or activities of the MADE-Life Foundation.

  3. Handling payments. Your name and bank account number are used to settle payments, such as declarations.

  4. General contact in the context of your volunteer activities. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name, telephone number and email address to exchange information in connection with your work as a volunteer for the MADE-Life Foundation.

  5. Anonymous statistical research. Aggregated and anonymized data can be used for scientific research or statistics by ourselves or by third parties. This aggregated and anonymized data can never be traced back to you as an individual.

  6. E-mailings: information from the MADE-Life Foundation. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name and e-mail address to send you e-mail newsletters and information from the MADE-Life Foundation that may be of interest to you, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive these e-mails. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

  7. Telephone contact about services of the MADE-Life Foundation. The MADE-Life Foundation may use your name and telephone number to inform you by telephone about services provided by the MADE-Life Foundation.

  8. Telephone contact after the end of the participation. The MADE-Life Foundation may use your name and telephone number to inform you by telephone about the long-term progress of the MADE-Life Foundation no later than sixteen years after the end of your membership.

  9. Volunteers. The MADE-Life Foundation can - always in consultation and after permission - publish the name, telephone number and e-mail address of volunteers, together with the volunteer position, on the website of the MADE-Life Foundation, with the aim of inform about volunteers who are active.

  10. General Members Meeting (ALV). The MADE-Life Foundation processes your data for the administration of the AGM.

 

2.1.3 During which period the personal data are processed

 

The MADE-Life Foundation processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your participation and for a maximum of sixteen years after the end of this participation in order to be able to provide information about the long-term progress of the various Challenges and initiatives. After the aforementioned retention period, the MADE-Life Foundation will immediately destroy and/or anonymize the personal data, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period. In the latter case, these specific personal data will be retained for the statutory retention period.

The MADE-Life Foundation processes the personal data referred to in section 2.2.1 for the following purposes:

  1. General contact in the context of your donation. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name, telephone number and e-mail address to provide the information you request or to handle the information, questions or comments received from you.

  2. Providing information about services of the MADE-Life Foundation. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name and address details to provide information about promotions, services and products of the MADE-Life Foundation, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive this information.

  3. Handling the donation. Your name and bank account number will be used to process the donation. Your contact details can be used if this proves necessary to process your donation.

  4. Anonymous statistical research. Aggregated and anonymized data can be used for scientific research or statistics by ourselves or by third parties. This aggregated and anonymized data can never be traced back to you as an individual.

  5. E-mailings: information from the MADE-Life Foundation. MADE-Life Foundation uses your name and email address to send you information by email about Challenges, activities, projects and fundraising within the MADE-Life Foundation, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

  6. Telephone contact: services. MADE-Life Foundation may use your name and telephone number to inform you by telephone about news and services from the MADE-Life Foundation.

 

2.2.3  Period during which the personal data is processed

 

MADE-Life Foundation processes and stores your personal data for a period of sixteen years after the last donation. After the aforementioned retention period, the personal data will be immediately destroyed and/or anonymized, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period of time. In the latter case, these specific personal data will be retained for the statutory retention period.

 

2.3 CONTACT WITH OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES

 

2.3.1. Type of Data

If you contact the MADE-Life Foundation via the website or by telephone, the following personal data will be processed:

  1. First and last name

  2. e-mail address

2.3.2 Purpose of Data Processing

 

MADE-Life Foundation processes the personal data referred to in section 2.3.1 for the following purposes:

  1. General contact in the context of your question. MADE-Life Foundation uses your name, telephone number and email address to provide the information you request and/or to process the information/notification received from you.

  2. E-mails: information from MADE-Life Foundation. Only if you have given permission for this, the MADE-Life Foundation will use your name and e-mail address to send you newsletters and information or offers from the MADE-Life Foundation that are interesting to you by e-mail. It is always possible to unsubscribe from these mailings via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.

  3. Telephone contact: services of MADE-Life Foundation. At your request, your name and telephone number can be used to inform you by telephone about new activities, developments and services of MADE-Life Foundation.

 

2.3.3 Period during which the personal data is processed

 

MADE-Life Foundation processes and stores your personal data for a period of sixteen years after receipt of your application, registration or request. After the aforementioned retention period, the personal data will be immediately destroyed and/or anonymized, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period of time. In the latter case, these specific personal data will be retained for the statutory retention period.

 

3. Security measures and processors

 

The MADE-Life Foundation has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This protects your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.


The MADE-Life Foundation uses third-party services, so-called processors, to process personal data. These processors process the personal data exclusively on behalf of the MADE-Life Foundation. A processing agreement has been concluded with the processors in which the processor is obliged to comply with all obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation and this Privacy Policy.

4. Right of inspection, deletion, questions and complaints

You can submit a request to view, change or delete your personal data by sending an e-mail to info@made-life.nl. MADE-Life Foundation will always process your requests without delay and inform you without delay, and in any case within one month after receipt of the request, about the response that the MADE-Life Foundation has given to the request. If the MADE-Life Foundation does not grant your request, it will always explain this in further detail. If you wish to object to the (further) processing of your personal data, you can also contact the board by e-mail. MADE-Life Foundation will process the objection immediately, and in any case within one month of receipt, and delete the personal data concerned, unless it is required to retain the personal data in question on the basis of a legal obligation. If the latter is the case, the MADE-Life Foundation will inform you of this.
If you have any complaints about the way in which the MADE-Life Foundation processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the secretary of our association. If this does not lead to a solution, you can of course always exercise your right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or appeal to the competent court. 5. Changes to Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy is subject to change. These changes will be announced to you via the website and/or by e-mail. MADE-Life Foundation advises you to regularly review the Privacy Policy.
